Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Ras Al Khaimah National Insurance Company (RAK Insurance) has approved a cash dividends distribution, equivalent to 8% of the capital, to shareholders for 2020.
The cash dividends stand at 8 fils per share, amounting to AED 9.7 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The shareholders have set the last entitlement date on 21 April, the ex-dividend date on 22 April, and the payment date on 14 May.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company's net profits jumped to AED 13.475 million, compared to AED 3.534 million in 2019.
