Riyadh – Mubasher: National Gas and Industrialization Company (GASCO) announced cash dividends valued at SAR 75 million for the second half (H2) of 2023, according to a bourse statement.
The listed firm will grant 75 million eligible shareholders a dividend of SAR 1 per share, equivalent to 10% of the share nominal value.
Eligibility and distribution of the H2-23 dividends will be on 14 and 28 January 2024, respectively.
It is worth highlighting that the company disbursed the same amount last July as cash dividends for H1-23.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2023, the net profit after Zakat and tax of GASCO increased by 15.87% to SAR 184.70 million from SAR 159.40 million in 9M-22.
Earnings per share (EPS) went up to SAR 2.46 in 9M-23 from SAR 2.13 a year earlier, while the revenues jumped by 18.75% to SAR 1.79 billion from SAR 1.50 billion.
