Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait on Monday said the stock of Sanam Real Estate will resume trading as of Monday, 8 April, based on the company’s request.
The firm requested the bourse to suspend trading on the stock after two of its shareholders signed a contract with other investors on Sunday to purchase a stake in the company, according to a bourse filing.
Sanam Real Estate last reported a decline of 54.8% in losses during the fourth quarter to KWD 352,830, compared to KWD 780,420 in Q4-17.
