Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC) has purchased 3.84 million shares in the Canadian General Medical Center Complex Company at a value of SAR 24.99 million.
The transaction was concluded on 24 August 2023, according to a bourse filing.
In the first half (H1) of 2023, SAIC recorded net profits after Zakat and tax valued at SAR 72.61 million, higher by 24.63% than SAR 58.26 million in H1-22.
Revenues hiked by 25.27% to SAR 82.09 million in H1-23 from SAR 65.53 million as of 30 June 2022, while the earnings per share (EPS) grew to SAR 1.21 from SAR 0.97.
The net income of the Canadian General Medical Center Complex hit SAR 8 million in the first six months (6M) of 2023, while the sales reached SAR 45.22 million.
Meanwhile, the total assets amounted to SAR 108.69 million as of 30 June 2023.
