Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) have passed the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends worth SAR 51.60 million for the fiscal year (FY) that ended on 31 August 2022.
The company will pay out SAR 1.20 per share, accounting for 12% of the total share capital, according to a bourse disclosure.
NCLE noted that the distribution date will be 8 January this year, based on the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that was held on 28 December 2022.
It is worth noting that the company disbursed SAR 0.80 per share as a dividend for FY20/21.
