Cairo-Mubasher: The General Company for Land Reclamation, Development and Reconstruction has failed to duly release its annual and quarterly financial statements as the Central Auditing Organisation (CAO) delayed preparing them, the company said in a bourse statement.
The EGX-listed firm added that the delay was due to the fact that it complies with law No. 203/1991, in addition to transferring its ownership to the Holding Company for Land Reclamation and Ground Water Research.
The company posted net losses of EGP 4.8 million for Q1-15/16, down 34.18% compared with EGP 7.3 million in the year-ago period.
