Cairo – Mubasher: The board members of Juhayna Food Industries approved the merger of four companies into its business, according to a bourse disclosure.
ELmasreya for Dairy Products Company, Eldawleya Modern Food Industries Company, Egyptian Food Industries Company (EGYFOOD), and Al Marwa Food Industries Company were merged into one entity.
The company’s board greenlighted the decision, on 21 November 2024, to add new activities and scale up operations.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2024, the EGX-listed company generated consolidated net profits valued at EGP 2.42 billion, compared to EGP 878.93 million in 9M-23.
