Riyadh – Mubasher: Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company posted a 38.55% surge in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 170 million during the first nine months (9M) of 2022, versus SAR 122.70 million in 9M-21.
The Saudi listed firm generated revenues worth SAR 9.02 billion in 9M-22, higher by 39.06% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 6.48 billion, according to the interim income statements.
Furthermore, the earnings per share (EPS) went up to SAR 2.27 in January-September 2022 from SAR 1.64 in the year-ago period.
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2022, the company registered net profits after Zakat and tax of SAR 61.70 million, an annual growth of 30.17% from SAR 47.40 million.
Meanwhile, the revenues totalled SAR 3.25 billion in Q3-22, up 27.37% from SAR 2.55 billion in Q3-21.
On a quarterly basis, the net profits after Zakat and tax in Q3-22 widened by 34.42% from SAR 45.90 million in Q2-22, while the revenues jumped by 8.99% from SAR 2.98 billion.
In 6M-22, Aldrees’ net profits after Zakat and tax enlarged by 43.82% YoY to SAR 108.30 million from SAR 75.30 million, whereas the revenues increased by 46.65% YoY to SAR 5.76 billion from SAR 3.93 billion.
