Cairo – Mubasher: Advanced Pharmaceutical Packaging Company announced on Sunday that its ordinary general meeting will be held on 23 March.
The OGM will discuss and adopt the financial statements and the board of directors’ report on the company’s activities in 2015.
The company earlier reported a net profit after tax of EGP 57.5 million ($7.34 million) in 2015, versus net losses of EGP 8.8 million ($1.123 million) in 2014.
Advanced Pharmaceutical Packaging’s share was suspended since 12 November, 2015, by the Egyptian Stock Exchange, and was traded at EGP 3.3 ($0.42).
